The Republic Of Somaliland held a farewell ceremony to 382 students whom received scholarships of higher education from Ethiopia, the event was attended by the President Of The Republic Of Somaliland Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, the Vice President of the Republic Of Somaliland Mr. Abdirahman Abdallahi Ismail Saylici, members of the council of ministers, military commanders, Religious and Cultural Leaders, social activists and parents.
