We are pleased to announce the Mainstreaming of End FGC Content into the Curricula of Health Training Programs workshop, currently being held at the University of Hargeisa. This workshop brings together health profession students to enhance their knowledge and skills in addressing Female Genital Cutting (FGC) within the scope of their healthcare practice.
The training is a collaborative effort between the University of Hargeisa and the University of Nairobi, which brings additional expertise to ensure that participants gain a thoughtful understanding of this topic. The focus is on equipping future healthcare providers with practical approaches to manage and support affected individuals, with consideration for the cultural context.
