Today Wednesday, 04 December 2024, at the University of Hargeisa graduation site, a vibrant and enriching Orientation Program welcomed new students with an inspiring session designed to lay a strong foundation for their academic journey. The event was a collaborative effort by the University admission committee and the directorate of the corporate communication, aimed at providing valuable insights and guidance to help students succeed both academically and personally. The program began with Sh. Omar Bade Adam, Dean of the College of Islamic Studies and Arabic Languages, who delivered a powerful message on the importance of ethical behavior. He emphasized that students must uphold exemplary conduct both on and off campus and adhere to Islamic principles as a guiding framework for their lives. His heartfelt remarks reminded students that character and moral integrity are as important as academic excellence in shaping their future.
Adding to this, Mr. Ismail Yusuf Hassan, Director of Student Affairs, echoed Sh. Omar’s sentiments by emphasizing the value of ethical conduct both within and beyond the university environment. His insights were complemented by Mr. Abdillahi Abdikarim Abdillahi, Director of Finance and Planning, who provided clear guidance on tuition fee payment procedures.
