“𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗯, President of the University of Hargeisa, participated in the organization and training of the newly-appointed Cabinet of Ministers by President 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗶 (𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼) of the Republic of Somaliland. This training was designed to foster government unity and inter-ministerial cooperation crucial for national success. Hence, it included participation from other academics at the University of Hargeisa and within Somaliland’s academic community.”
