Background
The College of Business, Economics, and Statistics is one of the founding academic units of the University of Hargeisa. With a long-standing presence and strong academic reputation, it has grown to become one of the largest and most vibrant colleges at the university, both in student enrollment and academic strength.
The College plays a central role in addressing the economic, financial, and managerial needs of Somaliland by delivering high-quality, market-relevant education that equips graduates to contribute meaningfully to the development of the private sector, financial institutions, and public policy.
