Our Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage transparent and merit-based recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for academic and non-academic staff.
  • Organize professional development programs, training workshops, and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Implement regular performance evaluation systems to support staff growth, accountability, and recognition.
  •  Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all university employees.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws, university regulations, and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits distribution, and leave management systems.
  • Promote healthy employee relations, manage grievances, and mediate conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure effective office management, logistics, and support services across university departments.
  • Align human resource strategies with institutional goals to ensure workforce effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Uphold staff welfare through workplace safety initiatives and employee well-being programs.
