Our Mission

The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to providing comprehensive, student-centered support to both undergraduate and postgraduate learners throughout their academic journey. We facilitate key processes such as enrollment, registration, academic planning, examinations, records management, and the conferral of degrees and awards. With a commitment to excellence, accuracy, and integrity, we uphold the academic standards of the University and ensure the reliable maintenance of all academic records.

Our Main Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the enrollment and registration processes for all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Maintain accurate and secure academic records, transcripts, and student data in compliance with university policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling, administration, and integrity of university examinations.
  • Enforce academic policies and procedures related to student progress and records.
  • Provide frontline assistance to students and faculty on academic processes and deadlines.
  • Develop and manage the academic calendar and coordinate class and exam schedules.
  • Assist academic units with course listings, scheduling, and program updates.
  • Coordinate the process for degree audits, graduation clearance, and issuance of diplomas and transcripts.
