Our Mission

The Directorate of Student Affairs & Alumni Relations is committed to enriching the student experience and fostering lifelong engagement among alumni. We aim to support students’ academic, social, and personal development through inclusive services and programs that promote well-being, leadership, and campus involvement. At the same time, we maintain strong relationships with alumni to celebrate their achievements, encourage continued connection with the university, and engage them in contributing to its growth and legacy.

Our Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, counseling, and support services to students to help them succeed academically and personally.
  • Organize student activities, clubs, leadership programs, and campus events that promote community building, creativity, and leadership.
  • Serve as a voice for student needs and concerns, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
  •  Facilitate the smooth transition of new students into university life through orientation programs and mentorship.
  • Provide career development resources, job search assistance, and internships in collaboration with employers and industry partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with graduates through networking events, newsletters, and alumni recognition programs.
  • Encourage alumni to give back through mentorship, guest lectures, partnerships, and philanthropic contributions.
  • Maintain updated alumni databases and ensure effective communication channels between the university and its graduates.
  • Promote ethical conduct and manage student discipline in coordination with relevant academic and administrative units.
  • Support students in accessing scholarships, grants, and financial aid programs in collaboration with other directorates.
