Our Main Responsibilities
Maintain university IT systems including hardware software and networks
Provide technical support to staff and students for ICT-related issues
Manage and enhance digital learning platforms and e-learning tools
Ensure data security and protect systems from cyber threats
Conduct ICT training to improve digital literacy across the university
Support implementation of new technologies and digital solutions
Monitor system performance and ensure reliable IT infrastructure
