The University of Hargeisa, led by Dr. Khalid Ahmed, vice president for research, innovation, and partnerships, paid a courtesy visit to the Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) on 27th April 2026. The delegation was warmly received by HRMPEB Chief Executive Officer, CHRP Margaret Nguu, together with the board’s management team. The visit provided an important platform for dialogue and mutual engagement, focusing on strengthening institutional ties and identifying areas of shared interest.

Discussions centered on advancing professional training and certification in human resource management, with particular emphasis on the Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP) qualification and the CBET Diploma and Certificate programs in HRM. Both institutions highlighted the importance of knowledge exchange, capacity building, and upholding high professional standards in HR practice. The University of Hargeisa expressed its commitment to building a strong partnership with HRMPEB, aimed at fostering international collaboration and expanding opportunities for academic and professional development across the region.
