During the University of Hargeisa Staff Cooperation and Team-Building Workshop, the University presented awards consisting of cash prizes and certificates of recognition to 𝟭𝟮 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. These departments earned the awards by efficiently implementing their previously planned activities and achieving visible and measurable results.

The awards are part of the University’s broader efforts to promote work quality, accountability, and healthy competition among departments, with the aim of strengthening operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and improving the overall quality of services provided by the University.

The recognized departments successfully implemented their Inter-University Institutional Work Plans for the 2024-2025 period. Performance evaluations indicated that the awarded departments achieved the Above Expectation and Over Expectation performance levels, reflecting dedication, competence, and performance that exceeded expectations.
