The University of Hargeisa, through its Office of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, organised an important training programme titled “Learning How to Learn“, specifically designed for first-year students. The week-long training was held at the university campus, focusing on helping students improve their study approaches and develop modern learning skills.
The training benefited all newly enrolled students, equipping them with various techniques related to time management, effective study methods, and how to adapt to the university learning environment. Students were also encouraged to cultivate a growth mindset, remain committed to continuous effort, and strive for academic success.
The program was coordinated by the Office of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, which played a key role in its implementation. Its primary objective was to provide guidance and support to new students, enabling them to confidently begin their academic journey and become effective learners in the future.
