The University of Hargeisa officially held a Collaboration and Team-Building Workshop for the staff today, 25 January 2026, under the theme “Building a Resilient and Standardized Future.” The workshop will run for two days and aims to strengthen collaboration, mutual understanding, and unity among university staff.

The workshop opened with a presentation highlighting the achievements of the University of Hargeisa, showcasing progress in academics, administration, research, and community service, while emphasizing the essential role staff play in achieving these successes.

During the workshop, the University’s Top management discussed the current state of the University and its future vision, stressing the importance of institutional resilience, adherence to standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement based on collaboration and shared responsibility.

Finally, the workshop included knowledge-sharing and policy dissemination sessions, during which department directors presented key institutional policies approved in the past year. The workshop concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, reinforcing dialogue, transparency, and collaboration across the University.
