The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 at the University of Hargeisa organized a guest lecture titled “From Mindset to Market: Turning Entrepreneurial Ideas into Sustainable Business Impact through the ILO–SIYB Programme.” The lecture focused on promoting entrepreneurial thinking, strengthening business development skills, and encouraging the transformation of innovative ideas into sustainable business ventures.

The lecture was delivered by 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝗯𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘂, 𝗣𝗵𝗗 (𝗰), an ILO–SIYB Master Trainer, Chairperson for GA BDSPAE, Start-up Coach, and Incubation Center Expert. He highlighted the importance of identifying business opportunities, developing entrepreneurial mindsets, and applying the 𝗜𝗟𝗢–𝗦𝗜𝗬𝗕 (𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀) approach to establishing and managing successful enterprises.

The guest lecture highlighted the importance of connecting academic knowledge with practical entrepreneurial skills. Through such initiatives, the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗮 continues to promote entrepreneurship education, innovation, self-employment, and sustainable economic development by equipping aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to turn business ideas into meaningful economic opportunities.
