Theme: Research for National Development: Shaping Somaliland’s Future through Multidisciplinary Inquiry
The University of Hargeisa is proud to announce its inaugural National Research Conference, organized by the Directorate of Research, Publications, and Community Services. The event will take place on Thursday, 11th September 2025, at the University’s Research Hall, starting from 8:00 AM. Themed “Research for National Development: Shaping Somaliland’s Future through Multidisciplinary Inquiry,” the conference aims to advance innovative research aligned with Somaliland’s National Development Plan III (2023–2027) and Vision 2030. This landmark gathering will bring together scholars, students, policymakers, NGOs, and development partners to showcase high-quality research, inform public policy, and promote evidence-based development.
