Dr. Khalid Ahmed Abdi, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Partnership at the University of Hargeisa, and Dr. Fekadu Y. Maru, Dean of the College of Business, Economics and Statistics, represented the University at the 1st Somaliland Accounting and Finance Summit 2026, organized by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Somaliland (ICPAS). The summit served as an important platform for dialogue and collaboration among key stakeholders in the financial and academic sectors.
